• Payment-related data — if you purchase paid plans, payment processing is handled by our payment partners (such as Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Scheduling data — if you book a call through Calendly, information you submit in that flow is processed according to Calendly's privacy practices.

2. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve QicApp AI Studio and related QicApp services.
• Generate and refine AI-assisted blueprints, estimates, and planning documents.

3. AI processing

Your questionnaire responses may be processed by AI systems to produce blueprint recommendations. Outputs are generated automatically and are intended for planning purposes only. Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health records, or financial account credentials) unless necessary and appropriate for your use case.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Trusted service providers that help us host infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payments, email delivery, and scheduling.
• QicApp team members involved in support, product improvement, or delivery discussions you initiate.
