Terms of Service

1. The service

QicApp AI Studio is an AI-assisted product planning tool that helps you describe an app or software idea and generate structured outputs such as feature lists, screen concepts, user flows, technology recommendations, directional cost estimates, and timelines ("Blueprints"). The service is designed to support planning and decision-making—not to replace professional legal, financial, or technical advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering or completing questionnaires.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt platform systems.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as guaranteed forecasts or professional certifications.
• Circumvent access controls, payment requirements, or usage limits.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Blueprints and related outputs are generated using artificial intelligence based on your inputs. They may contain errors, omissions, or outdated assumptions. Cost estimates, timelines, and technical recommendations are directional only. Final scope, pricing, and delivery require review by qualified QicApp professionals and may differ materially from AI suggestions.

5. Intellectual property

QicApp retains ownership of the platform, branding, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the business ideas and content you submit. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated Blueprints for your internal planning and business purposes. You grant QicApp a license to use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, and support the service.

6. Paid features and payments

Some features may require payment. Prices, inclusions, and billing terms will be shown at checkout or on applicable plan pages. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a specific offer. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid functionality.

7. Development and professional services

If you engage QicApp for design, development, or consulting after using AI Studio, those services will be governed by separate statements of work, proposals, or agreements. Nothing in these Terms obligates QicApp to build your product unless a separate commercial agreement is signed.

8. Third-party services

The platform may integrate with third-party tools (for example Google sign-in, payment gateways, or Calendly scheduling). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. QicApp is not responsible for third-party outages or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC COMMERCIAL OUTCOME.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QICAPP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QICAPP FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QicApp from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property terms) will remain in effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
